Invoices

All the invoices that have been raised for your child's childcare attendance can be viewed on the system, in addition you can mark an invoice as paid and await for payment confirmation by the childcare setting.

Parents can print invoices using any web browser.

Available on the following Devices

Available on the iPhone & Android App.
Available on the iPad & Android Tablet App.
Available on a PC / Laptop / Mac Web Browser.

Key Areas of the Invoices section

Invoice will be displayed in a weekly or weekly or monthly format.
Invoices for any week or month of the year can be viewed.
Parents can view invoices on the web or the app.

After clicking on the Invoices icon on the home screen you will be taken to the overview page of the Invoices section (1), all the children you currently have in the setting will be displayed.

Clicking on the view icon beneath any child will take you to view invoices for the current year (2), to view a different year click on the year and select the year you would like to view invoices for.

You can now click on the view icon alongside any invoice to view the selected invoice (3), you will now be taken to a new page displaying the seclected invoice.

You can now click on the information (3), invoice (4) and payment option sections (5) to view this information relating to the invoice.

You can click on the Confirm Payment button if you have paid the invoice and would like the childcare setting to confirm receipt of your payment.

Web PC / Desktop & tablet app (iOS / Android)

The Invoices section can be accessed by clicking on the Invoices link.

If after arriving at the Invoices section you need assistance with using this section, click on the Help Tour link at the top of the page where full step by step instructions on how to use this section will be provided, you can find the Help Tour link at the top of the page in every section of the system.
